Coping with the struggle of caring for someone else.
8 weekly sessions of 90 min
About this group
The pandemic has especially put pressure on caregivers. Healthcare workers, parents or those taking care of their relatives need support too, because taking care of others is so (emotionally) exhausting that there is hardly any time left to take care of yourself and your mental balance.
Luckily, you can learn how to better manage stress and take care of your mental health. During this course you will acquire lifelong skills, learn frameworks and tools needed to strengthen your resilience to better cope, feel less emotionally drained and happier.

I wouldn't have thought it possible, but Monday night became special to me because I knew we would come back together as a group and talk. It gave me a lot of strength during the hardest time - it was kind of an anchor for me.
