Do you find it hard to fall asleep or impossible to fall back asleep after waking up during the night? You spend countless hours tossing and turning night after night? You are losing hope you’ll ever be able to sleep normally again?
You’re not alone, about 1 in 3 adults don’t get a good night’s sleep and our 5 week program is here to help you achieve restful sleep. Together with your sleep coach you will pinpoint your sleep issues, address them, and fix them - with the support and accountability of a group of supportive peers.
In this course you will get to the root of your sleep issues, learn lifelong healthy habits and the tools needed to improve your sleep so that you can have more energy, start every day feeling rested and refreshed.
